A Few Simple Policies to Remember

I try to keep my policies to a minimum, and keep them friendly. Here they are. Feel free to discuss them with me.

• If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced.
• When you book an appointment, you are reserving a block of time that is yours and yours alone, whether or not you keep the appointment. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you must cancel, in order to give me a chance to re-fill that time slot. I may request payment for less than 48-hour notice. (Emergencies are excepted from this policy.)
• I require you to fill out a health questionnaire before your first visit. Some health issues may require a substitution of services.
• It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health status.

• Before each session, it is important to inform me of current illnesses, infections, or skin ailments. If you have a question about whether you should come in for your scheduled visit, please call me to discuss it, and together we will determine the best course of action.

• Services and prices may change over time.
